At ABZ Group SAS (“ABZ”, “we”, “our”), we take privacy seriously. Handling your information with responsibility, transparency and security is part of our commitment.

It applies to interactions carried out through our website (www.groupabz.com), during the provision of our services (including recruitment and selection, people management, technical consultancy, RPO and outplacement), and to the processing of data of individuals working for us or for companies with which we maintain, or intend to maintain, business relations. About the Privacy Policy

  • Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, email address, telephone number, etc.
  • Sensitive Personal Data: data concerning racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, trade union or organisation membership of a religious, philosophical or political nature, health or sexual life data, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.
  • Data Subject: the natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.
  • Processing of Personal Data: any operation carried out with Personal Data, such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, deletion, evaluation, control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.

ABZ Group SAS has appointed the IT Support department as the Data Protection Officer (DPO). Job Applicants

When interacting with the Careers section of our website or with our job postings on the InHire recruitment platform (https://abzservicos.inhire.app/vagas/), we may collect your personal data. Such data may be obtained directly from you, made publicly available by you, obtained from the public domain or from third parties.

The processing of such data for the purposes listed below does not constitute any employment relationship or guarantee of hiring.

  • Data Collected: identification details, CV and recruitment information (work history, skills, experience and qualifications), remuneration and benefits data, government-issued identifiers (ID, tax number, social security number, as required by law), image and sound recordings obtained during selection processes, and any additional information you choose to provide.
  • Purpose of Processing: to assess professional profile and conduct recruitment and selection processes; to present candidates to clients and matching opportunities; to comply with legal, labour, tax, social security and regulatory obligations; to ensure the security of facilities, information and systems; to invite to events and maintain relationships with our professional community; to pursue legitimate interests in business transactions (mergers, acquisitions,
    reorganisations).
  • Legal Basis: processing is necessary for pre-contractual procedures at the request of the Data Subject.
  • Retention Period: data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes above, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. In case of hiring, data will be retained for the duration of the relationship and any additional period required by law.

Clients, Employees and Business Relations

We collect and process data for the execution of our HR services, which may include staffing, recruitment and selection, outsourcing, professional development, among others. Data may be obtained directly from the data subject, from public sources or authorised third parties.

  • Data Collected: identification details (name, contacts, address, nationality, country of residence, date of birth, gender and digital signature), financial data (bank account, payment details, salary and benefits information), government-issued identifiers (ID, tax number, social security number), CV details, image and sound recordings, and other information the data subject decides to share.
  • Purpose of Processing: to comply with contractual, labour, tax and regulatory obligations; to manage pay and benefits; to manage performance and training; to ensure the security and access control of facilities and systems; to conduct audits and compliance; to organise events, surveys and relationship activities.
  • Legal Basis: contract performance or pre-contractual steps; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; ABZ Group’s legitimate interests (security, performance management, business relationship, defence of rights).
  • Retention Period: data will be retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes above, subject to legal and regulatory timeframes. Data may be kept for longer where necessary for the regular exercise of rights, dispute resolution or compliance with legal obligations.

Depending on the type of relationship, we may share your personal data with:

  • Other ABZ Group units and affiliates, for efficient business management, compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, and service delivery.
  • ABZ Group clients, in the context of recruitment, selection or staffing services.
  • Suppliers and partners (recruitment platforms, IT systems, marketing agencies and event organisers).
  • Professional service providers (auditors, tax and legal consultants), banks, insurers, benefits administrators and healthcare providers.
  • Public authorities, as required by law.
